It’s confirmed that Vivo will be unveiling the V30e in India on May 2nd, as anticipated.
Vivo has officially announced details about the upcoming V30e, including its distinctive Gem Cut Design and availability in Velvet Red and Silk Blue color options. The phone comes in a 3D Curved Display with Aura Light and Smart Color Temperature Adjustment. It inherits the popular 2X portrait feature from the V30 and V30 Pro, including the Wedding Style Portrait feature. Imaging capabilities include a Sony IMX882 sensor and a remarkable 50MP eye AF selfie camera.
One of the standout features highlighted by Vivo is the V30e’s impressive 5500mAh battery, all packed into a remarkably slim 7.69mm thickness. According to the company, this will make it the thinnest smartphone in India to sport such a huge battery.
Speculated specifications suggest a 6.78″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM. Storage options are expected to include 128GB and 256GB variants. The device may also include an 8MP ultra-wide camera and run on Android 14. Fast charging capabilities are rumored to reach up to 44W, and the phone could potentially come with IP64 ratings for dust and water resistance.
